OXSTROLOGY1. About OXSTROLOGY
OXSTROLOGY is a digital astrology product operated by Oxford Intelligence Limited. These terms apply when you buy or use an OXSTROLOGY report.
2. The product
On the website, a purchase gives the signed-in customer permanent access, while the service remains available, to the selected report for the specific birth chart used at checkout. In the iOS app, an in-app purchase unlocks the selected report type for all birth charts created in that app under the purchaser’s Apple Account. When an iOS device is linked to the same OXSTROLOGY account, eligible Apple and website entitlements can also be recognised across those platforms.
Reports are personalised digital content generated from the birth details supplied by the customer. Please check the date, time, location and cycle-direction gender before generating a report.
3. Price and payment
The total price is displayed before payment. Website payments are processed by Stripe; iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. OXSTROLOGY does not receive or store full card details.
The purchase button creates an obligation to pay. Access is normally granted after the applicable payment provider confirms the transaction.
4. Immediate digital supply
By completing checkout and accepting these terms, you expressly request immediate supply of the personalised digital content. You acknowledge that, once supply begins, your statutory right to cancel may be lost. This does not affect rights relating to content that is faulty, unavailable or not as described.
5. Responsible use
Astrology reports are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee events or outcomes.
You remain responsible for decisions made after reading a report. Do not use OXSTROLOGY as a substitute for qualified professional care or urgent assistance.
6. Account and permitted use
Website purchases require a secure OXSTROLOGY sign-in. Your purchased report library is linked to that account so you can restore access and download the report again. Keep access to your website sign-in and Apple Account secure. Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may save or print your own report, but may not resell, scrape, reproduce at scale or use the service to build a competing dataset.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve report language, interpretation methods and presentation. We aim to preserve purchased access, but may suspend the service for security, maintenance or legal reasons.
8. Private sharing and referrals
A report owner may create a private, time-limited sharing link. Anyone who receives the link can read that report, so share it only with people you trust. Personal birth details are hidden on the sharing page, but the interpretive content itself may still be personal. The owner can revoke the link before it expires.
A valid referral link gives an eligible friend 10% off their first OXSTROLOGY website purchase. Referral savings cannot be used by the report owner, cannot be combined with another promotion and have no cash value. We may refuse or withdraw a referral benefit where there is misuse, duplicate-account activity or fraud.
